  • LABELING MEDICINE

Make sure to label your medicine so you can keep track of what's in it and when it will be ready to bottle! You can purchase labels on amazon HERE (they have tons of options, these are the ones I like to work with :)))

    GUIDE ON HOW TO LABEL

1.Give your medicine a title if you choose to create one such as "Solar Plexus" "Goddess" "Anti Anxiety". This is supportive especially if you're making lots of medicine. You can also put someones name if its custom for them.

    2. List the plants you've used to create the medicine. It's also helpful to note if the plants are fresh vs dry to see the difference between the medicine.

    3. List the menstruum/menstruums being used.  A menstruum is the liquid you're using to extract the medicine from the plant. For instance Alcohol (Vodka, Run, Brandy, Tequila, Wine), ACV (Apple Cider Vinegar), food grade vegetable glycerine or Oils (Olive Oil, Almond, Jojoba, Sesame, Avocado, Coconut, etc....). If you use 100 proof alcohol, which is the best way to extract medicine, you want to add 1/3 water to the mix. You can also add honey add a sweetener. These should be listed on your label as well.

    4. Add the date

    EXAMPLE: Triple Goddess
