ABOUT ME

Krystle is a Post Producer turned Medicine Woman, Herbalist, and Plant Food Alchemist. She combines compassionate coaching expertise, mindfulness exercises, and plant spirit medicine to support clients in healing through natural medicine and plant foods. Her intention is to create a safe, loving and empowering space for others to step into their highest selves.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Krystle has paved a unique career path blending personal development coaching, guided plant spirit tea meditations and other healing modalities.

As a child, Krystle was always outside playing in the dirt, burying potions and getting dirty at the local creek. She had a close bond with her aunt, which led to meditative experience at the age of 13, centered around a vortex in Sedona, AZ. This adventure opened her eyes to the idea of being in solitude and creating a sacred protected space using crystals and incense. At the age of 18 she was introduced to “The Power of Now” by Eckhart Tolle, a book that brought forth memories from her childhood and a new way of thinking. At the age of 19, she was diagnosed with Lupus, a life changing immune deficiency, that altered the course of her life and ignited her path to natural healing.

While spending eight years in post-production, Krystle simultaneously studied and worked to heal herself through conscious nutrition, exercise and eastern medicine. Venturing deeper into the world of wellness, through emotional intelligence coaching, Gaia School of Healing and plant food studies, she found a deep love for supporting others on their personal journeys; catapulting her leave from the post world into natural nourishment.

Currently, Krystle shares her knowledge with clients both one-on-one and in groups, diving into plant tea meditations and other modalities as a way to start their journey to natural healing. Using her expertise and intuition, she chooses plants best suited for each individual or the group as a whole, allowing the plants to come through using their healing properties.
