    3 x Oranges (peeled & quartered)

2 x Sweet Onion (peeled and quartered)
1 hand size Ginger Root (peeled & sliced 1")
6 x cloves Garlic  (peeled & chopped in half)
    4 sprigs Rosemary
    4-5 sprigs Thyme
    1 handfull Nettle Leaf
    3 x Cinnamon sticks
1 small handful St. John’s Wort
    1 small handful Lemon Balm
    1 small handful Hibiscus
Apple Cider Vinegar (enough to cover produce & herbs)
    1x 64oz Mason Jar
1x square piece of Parchment Paper to cover top opening
    1x jar label + sharpie/pen

*NOTE: above are ingredients I like to work with, however you can use organic produce and herbs that suit you! For me a good base is Garlic, Ginger, Orange/Grapefruit, Lemon/Lime, a spicy Pepper & whatever fresh or dried herbs you prefer. For instance I love to add Rosemary & Cinnamon Sticks for circulation. Same goes for the amounts and cuts; you can add more or less of any of the above ingredients based on your preference of sweet, sour and spicy.

    DIRECTIONS:
    1) Clean, rinse & sanitize a 64oz mason jar; set aside.
    2) Clean, rinse and prep all produce & herbs
    3) Add all ingredients to the Mason Jar; I like to pack mine in to release the juices, but you can simply fill the jar with the ingredients & cover with Apple Cider Vinegar; make sure everything is covered or else you risk mold.
    4) Place the parchment square over the top opening & put the lid on; this keeps the lid from getting rust and mixing with the FC.
    5) Write ingredients & date on the Jar Label.
    6) Place the Fire Cider in a dark room temp space for 6-8weeks (mine goes in the closet); the longer you wait the more potent the medicine.
    7) After 6-8 weeks fine strain the mix using cheese cloth or a nut milk bag. I like to add Honey at this point to balance out the bitter, it’s up to you.

*I take one shot a day; suggestion to start out with a tablespoon and adjust to your body’s messaging. ⠀⠀
