HOW DO YOU SHIFT WHEN THINGS GET OVERWHELMING?
Some days are overwhelming. Today I woke up and felt slightly off. Building a new business is so exciting, however there are a ton of moving parts and the excitement can quickly turn to stress. As I create medicine it’s important to be fully present, calm, relaxed and centered in love as to infuse everything with that energy.

Marysia is an herbalist, witch, biodynamic gardener and Plant Spirit Medicine Practitioner rooted in the Wise Woman Tradition of Healing. She holds ceremony, teaches herbal medicine, plant shamanism, regenerative farming practices, and Earth magic.
